"Great place to stay"

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap. Don’t know if it worked or not. Overall 5 out 10. Location was a 9 out of 10"

"We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were informed that our room was not ready. Later, when we checked in, we were told that our room was overbooked. It’s incredibly ridiculous! "

"A hotel with an excellent location, affordable rates, exceptional cleanliness, and delicious food. The staff is friendly—and most importantly, I arrived two hours before check-in time and was able to access my room without any issues. They also offer all kinds of coffee, milk, and water free of charge in the lobby. I am very satisfied. Thank you."

"Room was clean & comfy. WiFi I never was able to get connected. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at this location but this time our room lights kept flickering and wouldn’t stay on consistently. Also, newer and bigger tv screens would be amazing. The ones currently in the rooms are outdated."
