「Very nice quiet hotel. Helpful staff. Spotless inside and out」

「I called to verify their pool was open and they said yes. When we arrived the pool was closed and had dirt. I told them I asked for a redund and they said I would stil get charged 1 days worth so I decided to stay but the main reqson for renting the room was so that my family could use the pool. The pictures online were not at all how the hotel was. Thw elevator made serious noises and I was cery disappointed at the false advertising.」
