「Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...

「I liked the helpful staff from the start. Good employees for sure. I also liked that i could bring my pet. Unfortunately a dislike was swimming pool not being here. I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now.」

「We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.」

「Tub didn’t drain. Non functional lamp @ bedside. Vent in bathroom is barely hanging on. Soap tray in shower broken. Door in bathroom has room is hole repair. I had a non-smoking room (as I don’t smoke) my neighbor did! It wasn’t a $100 room.」

「You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.」

「When we initially walked into the room it looked clean but once we were in there, the pillows had hair and other things on them. The sheets had big stains with more hair and the "clean" towels were also very stained. The doors had gaps in them where you could see a lot of daylight but did lock. We did not stay and found other accommendations.」

「This time the TV was not working the first evening and was not fixed until second day. The sink was stopped up and would not drain. Was not fixed until next day of arrived.」

「My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. Reluctantly, I was given a new room. The next morning, the rooms adjacent to my original room, as well as the original, were flooded out and had fans running in them. 「Booked two rooms one with 2 beds one with one bed it was wrong and took getting mgr involved to fix it. The amenities were fee as far as shampoo and soap It was clean and Room was nice enough」
