"We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations."

"This place is not nice. It's so so so super outdated and I still somehow paid $263/night in Abilene Texas. I will not be staying here again. Check-in was slow. I stepped outside my door at 8:45a and the door shut behind me and my key was already disabled so I had to go to the front desk in my Pjs. Just, no."

"Our stay was terrible. The room we were put in on arrival, A/C didn’t work. Had to wait to be moved to another room. That room looked dirty and the next morning found bugs in the bed. Notified hotel and they moved us to yet another room but charged us $50 for a penalty because they said our pet could have brought the bugs, which she did not. They even looked at our little Maltese dog,no signs of bugs. We waited again for a third room. This is my last stay at any La Quinta Hotel. Horrible experience."

"we arrived around 9:30PM on Friday May 29 for a 3 night stay. After signing the documents we learned from at least 2 other guests that there was no running water in the building. Running water is a very basic requirement. We immediately told the staff we did not want to use this hotel and repacked our belongings and found other accommodations. We will reject any charges from this encounter."

"They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time."
