"We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations."

"This beautiful property had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Very quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and super clean. "They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time."

"The hotel is perfectly fine, clean, well-appointed- the staff is not very accommodating. We pulled into valet, and the valet manager (surprisingly) didn’t say a SINGLE word to us. No “welcome to the hotel, are you checking in, etc.”, nothing. The girl at the front desk asked if we would be valeting the car, and I told her I would like to but the man outside hadn’t said a word to us. She said he was just quiet. Ok, strange, but ok. Then we went down to dinner at Smokehouse Abilene. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes without anyone there. My husband had to walk and find someone to seat us? Our waitress was wonderful, the food was meh. Our room was comfortable, shower is tiny and the water pressure was awful. All in I give it a 5/10 and that’s what I get for expecting more from $450+ a night!"
