「Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...

「very standard hotel」

「The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier.」

「Hotel is in a very good location. Restaurants are very close and Medical is across the street if needed. The staff is very helpful, friendly, Courteous and professional. The Hotel is really neat and has plenty of parking.」

「This place is not nice. It's so so so super outdated and I still somehow paid $263/night in Abilene Texas. I will not be staying here again. Check-in was slow. I stepped outside my door at 8:45a and the door shut behind me and my key was already disabled so I had to go to the front desk in my Pjs. Just, no.」

「You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.」

「Best place to stay in Abilene」

「Holiday INNは綺麗で感じのいいホテルチェーンなので、アメリカ旅行の際にはよく利用します。 私だったら、周辺の他の安ホテルより多少宿泊費が高くても、Holiday INNを選ぶと思います。 というわけで、長時間ドライブの後の滞在でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。 」

「I liked the helpful staff from the start. Good employees for sure. I also liked that i could bring my pet. Unfortunately a dislike was swimming pool not being here. I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now.」

「Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.」

「The room was not very clean. There was roaches in the shower in the morning I there was lint everywhere in the corners of the restroom where they do not clean right? Not recommended not staying there again」

「The elevator door opened & slammed shut constantly. The room TV was on satellite and had no reception during a 3 hour evening storm.」

「Bed / sheets were clean. Bathroom smelt like it had been mopped with sour water. Carpet was stained with pee stains. I could see daylight under the door.」

「We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.」
