「The room was out dated and it had a roach problem. The moment I entered I saw roaches as I closed the door. I had no choice staying there because I had a day surgery and I didn’t have time to find another room. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to pour water in it just to get it to flush. 「I don’t even know what to say about this hotel. I guess when I reserved a room for $59 in Tyler, Texas I should have known what to expect. The lobby that is shown in the pictures on Expedia doesn’t exist. You walk into this tiny little storage room with old unplugged, broken vending machines and you have to go up to a window to slide your ID and credit card in. 「My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that....

「I was on bottom floor. Room very musky. Out side door on the “ceiling” portion, in front of door, it was bare and wood showing. Need a lot of repair. Complex is big.
