Our room was clean and comfortable. We called the hotel to let them know we would be there around 1am. They had everything ready for us when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was so polite and nice. We didn’t have breakfast because we slept in because the bed was so comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very respectful. Only one complaint one of the sheets the heavy one had old blood stain I check in like 9:30 I was tired I decided remove out and use the thin one.

The room had mold on the curtains and lamp, and the hotel A/C didn't work very well. The pool and hot tub were also closed. The overall stay was decent, nobody bothered us.It was fairly clean and the breakfast was substandard.

Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the room was very, very cozy, and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious. My only complaint was the pool and spa were closed, and half the gym equipment was out of order. I am sure it will be repaired soon.

Booked this hotel to use the pool and hot tub on our vacation. However, when we got there, it was closed due to maintenance. That was unfortunate, but we ended up staying cause we were too tired to look for another hotel in Lindale. You may want to call ahead and check that the pool is open if that's the main reason you are booking the hotel. We stayed for the complimentary breakfast. They had eggs, sausages, biscuits, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, and so on. It was decent. Across the street from a Walmart and Chili's.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and the staff did an amazing job keeping up with a very busy breakfast time with a college football team staying onsite along with the rest of us. (All were friendly) The negatives: the pool was closed to access - not sure why , no reason it seemed to be working access and this was a huge disappointment to me and my niece staying with me. That happens sometimes, but the REAL issue is the musty smell and smell of smoke all throughout the halls/lobby and each time the a/c in the room cut off and on we would get a wafting smell of cigarette smoke in nonsmoking room sections. It nauseated me, but I am so glad my husband did not come along he is highly allergic and would not have been able to stay. The good news about the lobby is the morning time when breakfast was served the aroma of breakfast (pleasing) covered up the smoky/musty smell we smelled the night before when checking in. AGAIN the staff were all friendly and helpful . SMELLS are a big deal in the hospitality industry the pool thing is an inconvenience, but a disappointment, but not a real reason to decrease stars It is truly the odor.

Everything was wonderful, it was very clean. My kida loved the pool and hot tub and the staff was wonderful!! This is the second year that we have stayed in this hotel on spring break. We love it!

It's a good place to stay, very near food, gas, shopping. Priced well. Bed is comfortable and cozy. Furniture also comfortable. There's a terrible lack of variety in the tv stations and the Internet was less than desirable. I was a little disappointed in the room as small things were not taken care of .. a broken knob on the closet door, the shower control spraying water on the floor, the hair dryer mount loose on the wall. Nothing major just not quite right.
