I’ve stayed in this hotel every time I visit Tyler. It’s centrally located and minutes from the event center. The rooms could use a bit of a facelift but it’s still a great place to stay.

Front desk staff was very courteous and cleaning crew always did a good job. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillow. The cold water faucet in the sink worked only intermittently and poorly, the bathroom was very dated, and the parking lot is small where it needs to be big, resulting in long hikes to the entrance.

Excellent stay. Room was very clean the whole trip, big kudos to housekeepers. Front desk team were always very friendly and helpful, especially Awa who was kind enough to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevators.
