「The property listing was not accurate, was not clean, I decided not to stay in this hotel.」

「Our stay here was wonderful! Property was clean and well stocked with towels, linens, toiletries etc. It was clean and very modern. Check in was smooth and communication with manager was prompt and professional. Property is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Texas State. I will definitely be booking again since my daughter will be attending the university Fall 2026.」

「Was a clean property and host was very fast to get back to us. Place was not quite the “gem” it stated online. Was a bit run down. There were cats and all that goes with it everywhere. Probably not the hosts fault at all. Not a bad stay just not quite what we expected. 」

「The condo is easy to get to a few blocks off I35. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, etc. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and tvs in each room. Great space with a wash and dryer. The on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The only thing that wasn’t great and it isn’t the fault of this owner - we looked forward to the pool since we didn’t go on our river float but the pool was VERY dirty and the trash was overflowing throughout the complex.
