「This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer.」

「I booked and fully paid for this apartment six weeks in advance. Communication was entirely automated and unhelpful. I was told I would receive check-in instructions 30 minutes before arrival, but never did. While en route, I had to call and wait on hold to get them sent. I arrived around 8 p.m. in the rain to an empty office. The key box code I was given did not work. After more calls, I was told someone had already used my code and taken the keys. Two other guests were there at the same time...

「came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment and amenities. very disappointed in the cleaning aspect. 」

「This was a falsely advertised property. It is shared space with another unit. It is terribly stocked. Didn't even have salt or pepper or very basic kitchen supplies. Everything is very cheaply stocked. The management company didn't even give us more than a few rolls of toilet paper. And the water pressure is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.」
