"From start to finish, this VRBO was a fantastic home base for our trip. The host's communication was seamless, quick, clear, and made everything stress free from booking to checkout. The location is absolutely unbeatable. We were perfectly positioned for everything Montrose has to offer: thrifting, museums, incredible cocktails, and we even stumbled upon the coolest vinyl lounge called 93' Til. The neighborhood itself felt safe and welcoming, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without a second thought.We'll 100% be back the next time we're in Montrose. Highly recommend!"

"This was our third year staying at this property, and although it's a really good value, the house wasn't ready for us when we arrived and there hasn't been anything fixed since we first stayed there. We fully understand the immense cost of keeping these Historic homes functional and have been willing to put up with some physical issues due to the age and the location. Its a old home, so some things are to be expected."

"This lovely property was exactly as pictured and advertised. The host was extremely responsive and very gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pristine house and the inviting swimming pool. We appreciated all of the comforts of home including a baby feeding booster seat, a baby monitor, and a Pack-n-Play, all provided by our host. We couldn’t have asked for more! If we have another family gathering in this part of Houston, I will definitely try and book this home again. We had a fantastic couple of days and made wonderful memories."

"This home is very stylish, well appointed, and generously stocked. The Montrose neighborhood is delightful and is incredibly convenient to several other parts of Houston, including the theater and museum districts. Everything we needed was available at the house, check-in was incredibly simple, and communication with the owner was very easy even though she was out of the country at the time of our visit. The street is quiet and parking is easily accessible. We highly recommend this home!"
