「The staff overall were really helpful, our room was pretty neat and spacious. The cons to it was that it didn’t have a working bathroom moisture fan. The elevator that’s close to our room was out of service as the only one elevator close to the front desk was working. We’ve been warned about parking in the back of the hotel as it’s known for car theft. They will have security making sure no nonsense occurs. But it’s best you park by the FRONT of the hotel, gas station or bank.」

「大きな国際空港の近くなのに空港送迎が悪い。事前に到着便を連絡していたにも関わらず到着後空港から改めて連絡しなければ来なかった。しかも送迎バスは11amから6pmの間は無いと言われた。 レイトチェックアウトもできず、チェックアウト後は寒いロビーで時間を潰すしかなかった。」

「Safe and quiet area, new property, everything was clean and the furnishings were cute. The property managers were so kind and helpful. Our room had a problem with the shower head and they moved us to a different room. Parking was easy, easy access to the freeway to get downtown. Coffee machine had delicious hot cocoa. 」
