"This property was much better than expected. Not something you’d expect in the medical district but a pleasant surprise. There was a strong odor on the floor I was staying on but once inside the room it was no issue. My room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Shiv was an excellent help! The valet is also very convenient and I loved being able to text them when I needed my car. Amazing 1st time experience."

"The staff, especially Kimberly, were 5 star !! Parking was easy and safe. We went for the rodeo and it was very easy to walk or catch a ride to the rodeo and not deal with rodeo parking. WiFi worked. They are in a transitional stage of updating and some amenities may not be as expected. Overall good stay. "

"Disappointed in this property! Unaware of daily parking fees when booking our room. Very run down hotel with sloppy, half done renovations in an attempt to make it look better than it is. Paint on the furniture and couch, outdated bathroom with a broken leaky shower faucet, broken ice machine on our floor. The carpet in our room hadn’t been vacuumed from previous guests… There were wood shavings and dog food kibble remnants. I was on edge sleeping in this room. Felt like I was duped into staying here by the photos. "
