"Good spot when you come to SWSX..."

"There is construction next to the hotel that starts at 6:30 am which when you arrive from Los Angeles means is 3:30 am. Had to sleep both morning on the cold marble floor in the bathroom and the hotel made no gestures after many complaints. The worst experience. Not good to stay at all and definitely for that money ! "

"Checked in and given a room where someone already occupied. Given 2nd room where do not disturb sign on. Told no more rooms and would refund money. Then front desk found a room unoccupied. When entering the room…smelled moldy. Terrible stains on the floor, and bathroom was moldy. In the bathroom, flirting was soaking wet and covered with many wet dirty towels so could not even enter or use bathroom. Had reservations direct through Wyndham for multiple days, and canceled, and left after the one night. Worst hotel ever. Should be condemned and demolished. I would like a full refund. Thank you. "

"Our stay at the Glass Treehouse was absolutely dreamy. It's a 5-star setting in a 5-star location. Sitting in the main room with our party of 8, the space felt so airy and spacious. We spent lots of time together in the living room, surrounded by the windows looking out onto the huge outdoor deck space. We also enjoyed cooking in the adjoining kitchen, which had absolutely everything we needed, and gathering around the big family-style dining table.Each couple's room was comfortable and private, and the skylights throughout gave each of these spaces a feeling of luxury.We LOVED the location of this property, and enjoyed that we could just walk out the door and down the hill to find all sorts of adventures. We walked to nearby restaurants, explored the trails all along Barton Creek, grabbed food at multiple foods trucks, and toured the nearby botanical garden. The host, Lisa, was exceptional. She was so kind and conscientious, wanting everything to be perfect for our group. We loved her so much that we even asked her to stop by during our stay so that we could meet her in person!!"

"Property was very clean and inviting looking. Pool area was very nice. Excellent food options. Great location. Was able to walk to all parts of the city. Only complaint was that there is a daily resort fee. As part of that, they advertise bikes and stand up paddle boards. I think they only have 2 bikes bc they were never available and the paddle boards weren’t available until 11:00. We walked a few minutes down the river and found a rental place open at 9:00 am, so we paid to rent them. "
