The rooms were big, clean, and quiet. The staff was always attentive and helpful. The hotel location is great, with lots of amazing food in walking distance. Parking is $50/night, which will probably push us to a different hotel next time. There was no coffee or any other amenities in the lobby, which seems like an easy thing to add so you don't have to buy a $7 coffee next door.

Love this hotel. Always a pleasant stay. Never overcrowded and the bar in the lobby is very inviting. Great bar and restaurant options on the same block. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing!! Love the hotel and all the accommodations. I would only say do NOT go to Lefty’s bar, on the outside patio. We were welcomed at all the close by bars and treated very well but the staff there ignored and mistreated us on both visits.

Nice, clean property in ideal location for exploring Austin nightlife. Adjacent to solid restaurants (check out Via313 Pizzaria). Very basic but clean accommodations: concrete floors, walls and ceilings. Tall bed may be difficult for older/disabled to climb in/out of. In-room snack/wet bar items very pricey ($5 for canned coke), $50 per night for onsite parking. $300 authorization for incidentals. Highlights were friendly staff and great location.

Staff was friendly and the location is quiet and convenient. The hotel is a few blocks east of the busier parts of (east) 6th St. and close to several coffee shops, restaurants and breweries/bars and about 30 min walk to the center of downtown.

The Staff made this an even better experience!!! We were here for a wedding, everything is walkable, great food, coffee and vibe. Rooms are huge. Would have loved even more if they had a small set of drawers and space for personal food
