「beautiful view comfortable feel relax」

「The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking. Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. 「街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。」

「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

「Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit großartigem Meerblick. Das Essen war sehr gut, besonders der Fisch und die Pizza, es gab jeden Abend etwas pasendes für uns. Das Personal von der Putzfrau bis hin zur Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. WIr kommen wieder.」

「Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man sucht, findet man immer etwas zu kritisieren. Auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel für einen erholsamen, angenehmen Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, die Anlage ist sauber und gleicht zum Teil einem Park mit Palmen und verschiedene andere exotische Pflanzen.
