「beautiful view comfortable feel relax」

「We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities.」

「街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。」

「サービス、施設は非常に良い。フロント、レストラン、スパの係の方はみんな笑顔で親切な対応だった。ビュッフェの食事は飽きることが多いが、毎日、スペイン料理の日、バーベキューの日など変化があり飽きることがなかった。コテージに宿泊したが、屋外ジャグジーが良かった。唯一の難点は室内の翌日にお湯を貯めると金属か砂のようなものが溜まること。総じて、よかった。」

「I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. 「Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. 「Found the mattress a bit too firm and one was stained when we removed the cover to look for a lost item. Good location and adequate. Steps up to reception made getting our bags in a little difficult with two disabled men with our group,of 4.」
