「Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, wir hatten alles, was was wir brauchten. Es war gemütlich und idyllisch. Und in echt ist es noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!」

「Wir waren 11 Tage bei Marcos und Karin. So eine wunderschöne Anlage mit einem super Salzwasserpool. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ruhige Lage, man braucht ca. 20 min zum Strand. Kommen irgendwann wieder. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.」

「wonderful small apartment for two persons. We looked forward to a calm and nice place and here we found it. Its really calm but with a wonderful view over the valley. No luxury but all you need to have a good time. Not recommended for people who are looking for some luxury or aren't fit, because there are about 90 steps up to the apartment. We loved the wonderful view and the stars in the night.」

Man fährt ca 15-20 Minuten zum Strand - aber das ist entspannt möglich- parken war auch nie ein Problem. Würde immer wieder außerhalb wohnen. Toller Ausblick und schöner Garten und Pool und viel Ruhe - immer wieder gerne」

「Perfect place to have access to trails. Transport is essential and suggest a small car as the roads are very narrow and lots of bends. We loved the villa and it’s very well equipped with a great wee pool for your aching legs after trail walking.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Ursula's place. Ursula made us feel very welcome, with wine, chocolates and a dessert and making sure that we had everything we needed for our holiday. She was a very thoughtful host. The location is quiet, with far-reaching views from the terrace and some excellent restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was spotlessly clean (as was the apartment) and the water a lovely temperature. Thank you Ursula!」

「Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Außenbereich und Pool zu einem günstigen Preis in Icod. In direkter Nachbarschaft wohnt der Vermieter, der sich liebevoll um alles kümmert und einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.」

「Lovely, stylish old house, just right size for a couple. Kitchen is small but equipped well enough for cooking, shower is great, terrace is great for eating and sunbathing, and it even has a washing machine. Track to the house is a bit of a drive, so allow bit of extra time to go out. Only thing I'd suggest adding are some wine glasses and a cork screw! oh and another dinner plate. Would book again :)」

Great quiet, private location with really good WiFi in the house and garden. Pool lovely and clean with plenty or sun loungers. 「Für uns war das Super, aber man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass dies eine einfache Hütte ist und kein 4Sterne Hotelzimmer. Die Lage ist traumhaft, super ruhig mitten im Grünen. Die Strasse ist de facto nicht befahren und ebenfalls entsprechend ruhig. Den einen Punkt Abzug gab es für den starken Rauchgeruch aus dem offenen Kamin. Das kann man nicht verhindern, muss man aber auch wissen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Hütte für Ruhesuchende nur sher empfehlen.」

「Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zu den Bergen sehr genossen. Der Pool, auch wenn er nicht direkt am Haus liegt, ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Entgegen den Fotos in der Anzeige ist die Wohnung nicht so hell, da im Hauptraum nur ein relativ kleines Fenster existiert. In der heißen Jahreszeit kann das aber auch ein Vorteil sein, da sich das Haus nicht so schnell aufheizt. Wer den Ort über Vecindario erreichen will, muss sehr gern und sicher Auto fahren.
