「ホテルに着いた時から、時間がゆっくりと流れていて、快適に過ごせそう！と、いい予感。案の定、設備は整っており、清潔で、部屋もかわいらしく素敵でした。朝食のメニューも種類が豊富で、日本人にとっては、珍しいものがとたくさんあり、毎朝いろいろトライして、楽しんで食事をしました。それから、ホテルに送迎の予約をメールでやりとりをした時に、その返事の早いこと。関心しました。サービスも行き届いていて、本当に、快適な滞在でした。グランカナリアに来たら、また絶対泊まりたいと思うホテルです。」

「Excellent hôtel. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. La propreté des chambres et des piscines. Un excellent petit déjeuner. Le diner (nous étions en 1/2 pension) est en revanche moins bon que lors de nos 2 précédents séjours dans cet hôtel (avril 2023 et avril 2022)」

「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」

「En primer lugar destacar la excelencia del personal tanto en recepción como en el buffet y camareras piso. El único problema destacable ha sido que la habitación no poseía cortinas opacas del todo eran bastante translúcidas con lo cual pues no pude descansar correctamente en un principio aunque gracias al personal de habitaciones , en concreto a la subgovernanta, pusieron otra cortina extra y pude descansar. 「とてもきれいなホテルです。数多くのプールでとても楽しめました！ 残念だったのは、子供向けアクテビティ（4歳から利用可能と表記）について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、4歳以下でも保護者同伴で利用可能と言われましたが、実際には参加を断られました。またレストランが4つありますが、1つは休業、2つは似通った内容のブッフェ、1つはすぐ予約が埋まり利用が難しいため、ご飯には少し飽きが来ます。」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. Overall good value for money and would stay again. 」
