「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」

「We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!」

「For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! 「Si vous recherchez les prestations d un 5* passez votre chemin. Mais vous ne trouverez pas d autres rapports qualité/prix aussi bon avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer et sa situation dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et la nourriture variée mais peu goûtée. SVP il y a du bon vin à Lanzarote : ne proposez plus votre piquette ! Pour la vue préférez les appartements 400 et plus.」
