What an amazing place to be at. Best holiday I’ve ever had. Our child was in princess heaven. The staff is exceptionally wonderful. Never felled more relaxed than after our holiday here. Thank you all so so much.

Perfect getaway!

Fabulous hotel, staff very efficient and knowledgeable. Food, drinks and atmosphere was 5* Pool area and grounds were immaculately kept. Would recommend this hotel strongly to anybody!

Excellent hotel and staff and location

An excellent hotel, really smart and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, every one of them. The food was fabulous every day with good variety. The location on the SW of the island is perfect for watching a lovely sunset over La Gomera each evening. €40 taxi to/from the airport takes under 30 minutes.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location close to many amenities. Staff are all super friendly, food is very good and the facilities are excellent, such as pool areas, gym etc. special mention goes to the sisters running the kids club, the kids adore them, and the activities they run are varied and entertaining for the kids. Will definitely be coming back

A superb hotel

This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff.

Incredible hotel, service and grounds! From arrival drinks, taking our luggage and welcoming to our room, from daily room cleans, turn down service and room amenities such as clarins products and toiletries, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and drink which were reasonably priced. Definitely deserves the 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. My only feedback as an area of improvement would be the cocktails (and we tried almost all of them). They looked amazing however the mixers/ juices were all very sugary and didn't taste like the traditional cocktails. The pina colada being the exception, which was fantastic!

The staff were incredibly helpful. There was a small issue on our first day but Luz and Petra were amazing and resolved any such further issues. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were happy even though we only had a very short 2 nights stay. We are hoping to rebook for longer in December. Big thank you to Luz and Petra.

The staff at the Vincci were truly amazing, always helpful, positively wanting to make your stay perfect. The number of pools (6) set in a landscaped enclosure meant you were never over crowded and are enjoyable queit space. The apartment with roof top solarium which we had was a great size, very private and the hot tub with seaviews was very romantic. Downsides: the hotel looks tired in places, with lights out cracked tiles on stairs. Food was good, but disappointingly not amazing. Hotel a good walk from beach, with step hill to tackle, so need to be fit or get a transfer.

Just returned from an excellent weeks stay. The entire hotel is of a very high standard and exceptionally relaxing. Good pool areas and poolside dining. In our experience all the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was spacious and had excellent sea views. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were heaven. Buffet food was themed everyday and there was a wide variety of choice. We tried the Meat Grill restaurant for a change (half price for half board guests) however it was a little disappointing. Overall an excellent hotel and I would certainly recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday. Just beware that it is situated on a quite a steep hill so going for a gentle stroll could be a challenge if you’ve got any mobility issues.

We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. Super comfy bed & sofa, and nice loungers and a table outside on the balcony. Plenty of space around the pools to find somewhere to relax, and the drinks/snacks were great. We ate at the Italian restaurant on the lower level, but the upper level seafood place buffet area looked amazing under the fairy lights. There was some live music on, created a nice atmosphere. Food wine all great, and the service we got at the restaurant was above & beyond. Lovely touch having the tiramisu made at your table! It was delicious. Very reasonable prices too which surprised us - we paid more for a far lesser experience down on Fanabe beach. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want & more & we arranged a late check out to hang around by the pool for the afternoon before our rearranged flight. It was pure chance we ended up at this resort but it turned out to be an amazing way to end a week in Tenerife. Already planning a return trip!

The adult only pool was too warm and children used it when they shouldn’t have. The buffet was uninspiring. The fish restaurant had no ambience and a poor menu. The meat restaurant was lacking customers , had a better menu but no specials and the same menu all week. At lunch it was excellent. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The hotel is concentrating on half board customers using the buffet. It would be nice if they ramped up their evening restaurants and then encouraged more people to use them. Booking the restaurant was clunky going back to reception. There were always spare tables and yet you could be put forward from the time you wished to book.

The property itself was gorgeous. The cleaning staff at the resort were amazing. The reduction in stars is due to the check in process and the lady that checked us in. She was so concerned that the suite we were in was being occupied by two people instead of just one, even though I provided proof that I booked for two. She made us feel very uncomfortable. The bell staff brought us a glass of champagne each while the lady was hassling us over the reservation and never brought the glasses of champagne back after being asked to wait until after we completed check in. After the check in debacle, we toured the facility. When we inquired about the restaurant’s hours of operation, we again were treated rudely by the restaurant staff because we were not dressed formally. After over 24 hours of airline travel (with connections), I felt that the treatment was uncalled for by the restaurant’s staff. I refused to eat in the property’s restaurants because of the treatment we received the first night after check in. The breakfast selection was very good and the orange juice was delicious.

Beautiful property, wonderful service, and conveniently located. Loved everything about it. The views and the pools are excellent. The breakfast buffet is also great…Free parking is also a bonus… The only downside is the long walk to the beach.
