「Nice staff」

「写真には扇風機と机が写ってるけど実際には無かったのが残念でした。壁はかなり薄いので隣の部屋の音や話し声がよく聞こえます。 それ以外はWiFiは強くて早いし近所にコンビニ、レストラン、レンタルバイク、ビーチなど生活で困ることはありません。」

「Simple, no-frills stay but does the job well. The hotel is clean, good value for money, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach. If you’re after something straightforward and well-placed rather than luxury, it’s a solid choice.」

「We had a lovely stay on this boat. Communication was excellent, as was the check-in process. We are hoping to book again next year. We have stayed on a couple of boats in the marina and this was our favourite. 」

「Rooms were clean all communal areas were very clean and all staff were brilliant. Great value for money pool was kept in great condition, breakfast wasn’t the best but absolutely fine. Will 100% return as we loved our stay.」

「On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.」

「A full range of facilities to enjoy day and night」

「This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. We had access to the preferred breakfast restaurant and the lounge which we made great use of. The only thing lacking was energy. I have been to secrets resorts in Mexico and they were...

「Love spacious clean room and bathroom with lovely sea view. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed bed & breakfast and the breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Plenty space around the pool and the entertainment team were good fun. Cant wait to go back 😎」
