The best thing a out this location is the staff and then the virws from.the hotel. Sunsets and Sunrises are equally phenomenal. But the staff are the true stars they go above and beyond for you to enjoy this hotel.

An amazing find

Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.

Friendly helpful staff. Food options were pretty good. Gala dinner on 25 Dec was delicious. Spacious room. Pity about loud music from neighbouring hotel so couldn’t enjoy our balcony with lateral sea view very much. Coffee in room was tasteless and horrible. It certainly did not reflect a hotel in a 5 star category.

Great property with a sufficient choice for the breakfast. I was a bit disappointed with the diner though.. almost the same thing everyday with a poor quality for a 5*. 2 parkings (indoor and outdoor). The property has beautiful pools, but you cannot access them unless your are privilege … When we dit the check out at 12, our badge was deactivated and thus were unable to access the parking and lost the wifi .. that would be nice if you can keep it until midnight (for people that have a late flight).

Can not fault anything about the rooms or facilities. The only negative is the "priveledge" status that you can upgrade to. It is creating a class system that is awkward. The buffet is good but lack meats. The reataurants are terrible. Both the Italian and Japanese restaurants served precooked food (evidently days old) and even the garnish on the plates were days old. (Never seen dry sliced cucumber before eating here) The Japanese restaurant had no atmosphere and wasnt entertaining. The food was undercooked and unedible. Would love to stay here again but they must improve the food.

We stayed here half board. Its in a more quiet part of the coast small shopping centre nearby. My brother is disabled and staff were very helpful and kind. Pool has a hoist and the lifeguards were very very kind and helpful. The staff in the restaurant also keen to help with allergies. The entertainment in the evenings was good. Rooms large and nice amenities. The staff in this hotel are excellent. Only complaints are that the room is not completely accessible - bed light and moves around isnt great for getting up from with mobility issues. Balcony not completely accessible with a small lip for a wheelchair not easy to navigate. Buffet highly fish and meat based and the other items not great for fish allergy or vegetarians. Halfboard charged €3 for water which is a bit much when we paid so much for the hotel. I thought the food in general could have been better but the privilege food was nicer if you pay more you can use the other restaurants. We had lunch one day by the pool - frozen burger patty poor quality dont recommend! Overall this place is a lovely choice for families and couples without food allergies and if you want to stay hotel based it has good facilities lovely rooms and helpful staff!

das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten. die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel was gut voll ist trotzdem aber sehr angenehm ist. Sehr positiv ist das buchen von Speisen oder anderen Tätigkeiten, dieses passiert komplett über einen Web browser was denn Tag entsprechend sehr entspannt macht wenn man mal länger unterwegs ist. Essen top alles frisch gemacht und von guter Qualität. Es gibt eine 7 Tage Themen Woche beim Essen wo jeder was für sich finden sollte. Das parken ist auch sehr angenehm in der Tiefgarage.

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. De kamers en gemeenschappelijke delen worden perfect onderhouden. Een zeer uitgebreid buffet, maar omdat ze altijd zoveel aanbieden, lijkt het altijd wel meer van hetzelfde. Maar dan krijg je ook weer de kans om een aantal keren à la carte te gaan eten, wat een mooie afwisseling biedt. Ik vind het wel spijtig dat elke maaltijd gereserveerd moet worden. Het neemt de spontaniteit weg uit jouw vakantie. Het hotel ligt ook wel wat afgelegen, wat rust geeft, maar als je wat meer actie wilt, ben je aangewezen op vervoer. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van een verrassingspakket voor een verjaardag. Dit was tiptop in orde.

Resort All Inclusive que amamos!!!

A minha expectativa já era alta depois de ler as avaliações. Chegando no resort conseguiram supera-las. O atendimento de todos do resort é feito com muita atenção,todos são muitos calorosos. Mesmo sendo um resort de grande escala fez nos sentir em em um ambiente acolhedor. As instalações são lindas,minha filha de 2 anos brincou muito no parquinho e nos toboáguas. A comida é um assunto a parte,simplesmente maravilhosa,todos adoraram,tudo muito saboroso e variado. Eu vi comentarios anteriores falando do café-da-manhã repetitivo mas eu achei tudo muito completo cada dia dá pra você comer algo diferente porque em uma única manhã nao se come aquilo tudo,sao muitas opções.No dia do aniversário do meu marido foi um dia muito especial,ele ficou muito feliz com todas as celebrações feitas. Faz quase uma semana que voltamos e ainda estamos encantados. Esperamos voltar logo. Agradeço a toda equipe h10 por dias maravilhosos.

The staff were great, whenever I reached out to them with a question or something that needed their attention they were prompt in helping me out. The room I stayed was in great condition clean with all the amenities I was expecting. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great for families but Kids club needs a makeover

We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. That said, the staff there were absolutely lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and would still highly recommend it for families!
