「街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。」

「quick & easy check in, efficient lifts (2), nice room on sea side of building with large balcony and no street noise (although at high tide the sea was noisy as there was strong wind but I personally enjoyed this). kettle, beakers, coff, tea and cream pots provided, also two bottles of water initially. super breakfast, no pressure to arrive at sunbathing deck as loungers and chairs available at all times, even weekends when hotel was busy. easy access by bus - half hourly to San Isidro & regular...

「海から近く、オーシャンビューの部屋を選び、正解でした。 部屋も広く、バルコニーにもテーブル、椅子が備え付けられているのも嬉しいポイント。値段も日本のホテルと比べれば割安です。 ホテル内の内装がかなり豪華でシャレている。 朝食と夕食をホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、ビュッフェの種類の豊富さに驚きました。しかも美味しかったです。時間によってはピアノの演奏を聴けたり。 TITSAのバス停から歩いて向かったため、ホテルへの入口の入り方には迷いました。海側に入口がありました。変なところで、ケチってしまいましたが、基本的にはタクシーでのアクセスがおすすめです笑」

「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

「Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep 」

「Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.」

「三週間程前の予約で、五つ星ホテルの選択肢が他になかった為、当ホテルを選択。 スタッフのフレンドリーさは偏りがなく素晴らしかった。 何も言わなかったのに、チェックイン時に赤ちゃん連れだと判断し、ベビーベッドを入れてくれていた。 レストランスタッフも気が利いていて素晴らしい。 すれ違うスタッフ皆、挨拶を欠かさなかった。 赤ちゃん連れにも非常に親切。 シャワーの水圧も強く、シャワーヘッドも外れるのが良かった。 残念だったのが、バスルームの清掃が行き届いていないこと。 バスタブに立ち、たまたま壁の隅にシャワーがかかったら、黒い垢がボロボロ落ちてきて気持悪るかった。 大抵のホテルの風呂清掃は、スプレーなどを吹きかけて、拭いて終わりというのは知っているが、あれでもうホテルの風呂恐怖症になりそうだ。 また、レストランが３つしかなく、長い滞在では飽きてしまうだろう。 ただし、ビーチがすぐ側なので、ビーチ沿いのレストランも気軽に利用できる。 ホテル内のどのレストランでも、ディナータイムのドレスコード遵守は必須。」
