「素敵なホテルでした。」

「エアコンの効きや洗面所の排水は問題ありませんでしたが、湯沸かし器やコーヒーカップがありませんでした。また、冷蔵庫はありましたが冷凍機能なしでした。セキュリティBOXは使用料1日3ユーロかかるので使用しませんでした。部屋にシャワーはありましたが、浴槽はありませんでした。WiFiは鈍すぎて途中で何度となく切断されました。部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。バイキングの食事は品数が多く、美味しかったです。しかし、夕食時には水が有料だったり、デザートがあるのにコーヒーの提供がありませんでした（朝食時はあります）。ホテル周辺は海に近く、また、周辺にスーパーマーケットや食事できる店など多数ありとても便利でした。」

「I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...

「We planned to stay here for 2 weeks but moved out after one night. We were told that the pools that are shown in the pictures were not accessible by us. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows...

「A excellent hotel we have ever stayed. The Villa is super spacious, clean, and comfy. There is a private heated swimming pool in each Villa. Weather was around low 20’s during day hours in March and kids really enjoyed the swimming pool everyday without being too chilly. Breakfast is superb as you have various selection and all tastes brilliant in rich atmosphere of the restaurant. All staff are well trained and professional. 「Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as...

「立地は良く、スタッフもフレンドリーで、部屋も料理も問題ありませんでした。 ただ、少し部屋が古く狭い印象だったこと(コネクティングルームだったので狭く感じたのは仕方ないかもしれませんが、接続部分の扉を開けていると一方の部屋の通路がかなり狭くなるなど、身動きしにくかったです。)、子供用の浅いプールが無かったこと、駐車場の入り方が分かりにくかったこと、食事の際にフレッシュジュースが無かったことなどが気になりました。」
