「Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should...

「This is a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the tourist bustle of the coast. The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff were all extremely helpful & friendly. Situated just outside Teide National Park, it is an ideal base for exploring.」

「I had an exceptional stay. The hotel excels in every detail: the rooms were immaculate thanks to housekeeping staff who even folded my clothes neatly, the food was excellent, and the team was genuinely attentive. The pool area has a wonderful atmosphere, and the ice cream deserves special mention—it was outstanding」

「Staff really friendly and helpful. Great location」

「Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. 」

「Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months.」

「No elevator. But staff brought my heavy bag to level 4, but when I leave there. 」
