However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive...

「We had a lovely stay in these apartments in Jul/Aug 2023. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, the apartments were very spacious and it was great that the children each had their own bedroom. The apartments have everything required for a self catering holiday. The swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar is open from midday to 8:30pm. In my opinion it would be better if the bar opened earlier for morning coffee and breakfast. The complex is situated...

Leider liegt des Appartement etwas außerhalb und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Frau Pieck, die uns bei einem Stromausfall schnell und kompetent geholfen hat.」

「Nett und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der etwas lauten Umgebung muss man sich gewöhnen. Dafür hat man keine weiten Wege. Ein großes Lob an Olivia , sie ist sehr darum bemüht ihren Gästen alles angenehm zu gestalten.」

「This is a very well decorated and particularly artistic apartment. Roberto was a wonderful host, friendly and very helpful in every way. We stayed a month and kept enjoying the beautiful furnishings and comfort of the apartment. Good warming on the few occasions needed, excellent kitchen, splendid light, easy access, great local cafes, supermarkets, even hardware store, very fine restaurants at all price levels. The very nearby Sanabia Park is absolutely enchanting; we often spent afternoons...

I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)」

「The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars.」

Wunderbare Aussicht von der Sonnenterasse, täglich Meerwasserpool fast allein nutzbar. Großzügige Räume, bequeme Betten. Leider keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, aber online waren Netflix & Co. möglich. Sehr netter Vermieter bzw. Eigentümer. Volle Punktzahl!」

「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」
