However we reported our TV not working effectively (poor signal making it unwatchable). It was alledgedly fixed but the fault was still the same. We found the mattress to be exceptionally firm. "This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return...

Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something).
