"This was a large one bedroomed apartment. You had to go down two steep fights of stairs to get to the property, so it wouldn't be suitable for people with restricted mobility. I would have struggled to get my suitcase up the stairs, but luckily my husband took it for me. The listing says there is parking, this is free on street parking and there were few spaces. "Absolutely fabulous place, gorgeously located, beautiful premises overlooking Los Gigantes. The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. Everything around was so accessible and easy to reach, and taxis are very reasonable. The service is just fantastic and the mood was so chilled. The food was nice but most times we liked to be in the town, I love a nice lasagna and the lasagna I had there was right up my street. The only thing i would say is that the bar closes a little bit early, 9pm, but it wouldn't make me take away any stars from the place, but just after 9 it would be nice to have a night cap before bed, but it really isn't that important. We were so sad to leave, but absolutely cannot wait to come back, it's an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff ❤️"

Great stay, great location, great villa

"We have just returned from a fab week at Villa Flora, we loved everything about the Villa, Janie who greeted us is a superb Welcome Host, the Welcome pack is an added bonus, the location is exactly as described, a short walk from everything, bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment, beach etc and yet the Villa is exceptionally quiet, it is so handy to have the supermarket virtually opposite. My slight gripe is that the beds are hard, I know others may like this but I would have liked a mattress topper (personal choice).It won’t stop us returning though, we all had a really great week. "
