"Really enjoyed my stay here. Itâs quiet but also a very private space that doesnât give a hotel feel. Itâs clean, and has everything you need. "

The NEST at Nishiki is both a new and an exceptional property. The rooms were spotless and functional, the staff was extremely attentive, and the location was just perfect--steps from the Nishiki Market and the Gion district. Yet the single most outstanding feature of the NEST at Nishiki is its manager, Ms. Chie Nakamura. She is professional, knowledgeable, a top-notch hotelier, and a wonderful person. This hotel is a reflection of its manager. ããããšãããããŸãã.

Great little hotel. Very quiet and calm. Great showers. Lots of pastries and drinks, which solved the problem of breakfast, especially for us, as we woke up at 5 am most days. (We noticed that some guests filled up bags of croissants after checking out, which was really sad to see, as they just emptied out the box of pastries into a plastic bag and left other guests nothing.) there is a 7/11 and a metro line right next to it. And some nice restaurants around too.

This is a modern hotel in a great location, located on top of a subway station only 4 stops without transfer from Kyoto Station. The subway and bus options are very convenient. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and of course several Seven's and a nice grocery store nearby. The beds are comfortably and the Nespresso machines were great.
Check-in was easy and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
Special gratitude goes to the staff and management, who...

Excellent property and staff. The afternoon sweets and cocktails should not be missed. Note, they stop admitting people about 30 minutes before closing time so give yourself some extra time.

Amazing value, felt very luxurious and everything was super clean and thoughtful to the smallest details. The onsen was clean, they provided a lovely welcome drink, free snacks, and a great gym. Decent location. Thanks for the stay and will be back!

Great location, close to shopping and the palace was only 15 minutes away. Many transportation options nearby, we caught a bus line just five minutes away from the hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
