"Great hotel near Osaka station. Room size larger than average"

"I'm picky with my food, I don't like undercooked meet and runny scrambled eggs, other than that breakfast was decent. Room was decent size I was able to have 2 suitcases inside. Clean room, I like having the option of a full room clean or just changing garbage and towels, or no service. I do with they had one big laundry room, or one on every floor, as well as ice machine."

"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."

"Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at."

"I was staying in Tokyo for my abroad program but during vacation I went on a solo trip to Osaka and this hotel was amazing in every way! Plenty of shops nearby, transportation is convenient with plenty of stations leading to different areas if needed. If you’re willing to walk a minimum of 15 minutes you can make it anywhere from any station."

"Great room; gorgeous views and access to the Exec Lounge was fabulous."

"Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly terrible."

"Definitely go for the Lounge Access. He a nicer view from top floor and since Hotel rooms are relatively compact, it s nice to have Lounge Access and sit there to see the bustling street below. breakfast buffet was excellent too."
