「Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.」

「Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.」

「Amazing place! So great, I even added an extra night on to my stay so I could chill out in the Odd Fellows Room. Restaurants nearby, 20 min walk to the Reds ballpark, and a dedicated parking spot made this a wonderfully unique place to stay.」

「Lovely accommodations. If you are going to the ARK, it’s the most convenient place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable.」

「We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer...

「Even though the place is obviously older, it was decorated so cute! We loved the Bible scriptures on the walls and the color schemes of the rooms. The only thing I would suggest is that you provide a blanket for the kingsize bed because using only the sheet wasn't enough and using the comforter was too much. The quilt that was provided was too heavy but a light blanket would be perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay there.」

「Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! We had 4 ladies in our group and the beds and accommodations were perfect. There’s even a backyard patio to enjoy with a zen garden. This is a spacious Victorian beautifully remodeled with all hard wood floors. Everything was clean and very well stocked. We were able to walk downtown during the day and Uber home...

「Loved my stay here. loved the area, quiet bldg. Directions for checkin was very thorough step by step. Had everything in apt as if you were home. Maid service needs to be more thorough in cleaning and do a better job at it. Check seating areas and vacuum it, use newer sheets on bedding instead of olds that don't come clean.」
