It was a great hotel with lots to offer Lobby furniture older and was very cold in the dinning rooms

Not a bad place old with cool history. Had room service not replace towels, left dirty glasses on table for 2 days& parking was a challenge.

It was quite the process to park at Valet. Only cash or a link to pay by card. Not convenient when your phone is dead. Not enough staff at the bar in the evening. Multiple weddings and events in the area.

The building had incredible vintage Art Decor architecture. It is a must see. Bar was lively and had live jazz.

I was very disappointed by this property. I love the art deco style, and it was widely regarded as one of the premier hotels in Cincinnati, but it has fallen. I hope Hilton can revitalize the area, because having paint on the valances and no pain on the walls is a new "luxury" hotel experience for me.
