「This unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, uncluttered and extremely well stocked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view was incredible. They really thought of everything in putting this rental together. The property is older but extremely well maintained and in a great location. Walking to local restaurants and shops is easy and there is a grocery store right across the street. There are numerous beaches within walking and driving distance in either direction. 「The owner was very responsive and kind Best view being ocean front very comfortable lani to enjoy eating and reading along with whales watching We cook a lot when we travel I was able to do most of my meals with ease. Unit is noisy in bedroom from the street noise and garbage trucks but we have stayed in 3 other units and they too had the noise. Nice TVs location is great very comfortable unit」

「Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!」

「My two teen kids and I LOVED this place. It is beautiful and has a ton of character, we were so sad we o Lu got to stay for one night and really hope we can return someday. Hosts are exceptionally kind and interesting people, don’t miss a chance to chat with them a bit. I stayed at six places on my trip and this was definitely my favorite. Location is great too for walking into Kona town or getting to most other places n the island.」

「Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.」

「You can see the sea from the room even in the mountain view. I liked the sea and palm trees from the room and the well-managed planting. The room was comfortable with everything and the housekeeping was good. It was room without bathtub, but was warmed up in jacuzzi. I want to come again」

「Last minute trip and lucky (for us) the MOST COMMUNICATIVE host we've come across on VRBO! Host responded quickly to every (too many?) questions including last minute questions about parking and WiFi. This was a small space, but perfect for two grandparents and the grandchild. The only thing I'll add is that parking is limited throughout Princeville and particularly limited along the beachfront--NOT unique to this listing. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.」
