Excellent location for going to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The apartment was very nice and spotless, the building hallways & stairwells could use a cleaning however.

The place was really close to the Lucas Oil Stadium and Convention center downtown. Also the place was really clean and spacious. The communication with staff was really easy.

So many places within walking distance. Gainbridge is just a block and a half away :) if you wanna attend a pacer or fever game. Lucas oil stadium is also within walking distance

Loved staying there. I would 100% again. Very clean! Very homey! Very comfortable. I would only change the directions. Google maps the Alexander hotel. If the hotel is on the right of you take the first right after the Alexander hotel. Go straight and that will lead you the parking garage. Then the place to get your key is on the ground of that garage.

The apartment was a great space. Plenty of room for four travelers. The two bathrooms were great. Excellent location. Very convenient to Gainbridge. Would have been fives stars but one set of elevators was not working the whole stay the other stopped working the last day as well. It wasn’t horribly inconvenient if you were driving as you could park on your corresponding floor. But walking meant climbing a lot is stairs! Would stay here again for sure.

Make sure you have completed all check-in emails, etc. before arriving. You'll want the step-by-step check-in instructions (lock box location, code) and step-by-step directions to the property. We arrived before I had done all that (my fault!). The problem was, once I got ahold of someone, they couldn't send a viable link to either my email or via text. It got frustrating but eventually it all worked out. Moral of the story: have all check-in hoops jumped through before you arrive (boarding pass, lock box info, directions). Otherwise, the apartment was great: good location, very clean.

Great location - super close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse where we went to see a Fever Game. Clean & spacious apartment. Lots of amenities that we didn't have time to use, but would have been great. A couple good restaurants right down the street and coffee shops within walking distance.

The management team was great to work with. Very quick communication. Most importantly they went the extra mile after we checked out. My son accidentally left 2 toys in the room and when he realized it had been hours after we checked out (still before the next check in) and I reached out and they were able to find them and I was able to meet up at the lock boxes and receive them back.
