「Sorry to give the landlord a heart attack by being late on check out. But the place is great. If you can figure out the bus you can go anywhere downtown and surrounding areas. Small but location is what makes it worth it, you’re there to see the city not the apartment.」

「Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

「Had a couple issues, however, it was in the middle of the worst snowstorm Columbus has ever seen. Every time they responded right away and fixed whatever the issue was. Even sent us some bomb ass cookies via doordash! Would definitely stay again!」
