  • Summary:

    Come together in the vibrant and historic Arts District of Columbus! Our centrally-located 1 bed has everything you need to enjoy a short weekend trip or a monthly stay. Featuring a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, beautiful hardwoods, high-speed wifi, pull out couch, and 8 Beatles' records on vinyl souvenirs!



    The Space:

    Our home features a spacious living room with a pull out couch, open kitchen concept with all of your meal prep essentials, beautiful hardwood floors, a 50" Smart TV with Roku (no cable). Throw on one of the 8 Beatles records and spread the love! Whatever the activity may be, the living room will invite it! The kitchen is fully stocked with dining needs for four, cooking essentials (pots, pans, spatulas, knives, etc), electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher! Enjoy a fresh pot of coffee from our coffee pot or pour-over. There is central AC/Heat that will keep it comfortable in any weather.



    Guest Access:

    There is a digital lock on the door for easy and convenient access.



    The Neighborhood:

    Only 500ft from High St & tacos! Busy road can be loud at night. Street parking available, but can be tight after 6pm! Wherever you're headed, all you need is love :)



    Getting Around:

    Most desirable locations are within walking distance. Guests may also ride the bus or use popular ride services such as Uber and Lyft to reach farther away locations.



    Other Things to Note:

    There is parking available in the apartment parking lot located directly in front of the unit on a first come first serve system with the first 2 parking in front of the brown fence for guests to use.



    Please DO NOT park in any of the 3 parking spaces on the right of the two spaces described above. The 3 parking spaces starting on the right when facing the brown fence are NOT for guest parking are clearly marked with parking signs stating vehicles not authorized will be towed.



    For longer stays (2+nights) You can also purchase a daily parking pass for $3 (paid directly through ParkColumbus app) that allows you to park in the “SNB” permit zone which is directly outside of the Airbnb.



    Metered parking available on N High St. or 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm.



    Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.



    Additional fees: We may charge extra for pets, early check-in, late check-out, or additional guests. If any of these apply to your stay, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help process the additional fees.

Fabulous location, great area to walk dogs and many walkable fun options for dining and entertainment a few blocks away on High Street in Short North. The space was new and modern and comfortable to relax or work. Wonderful experience!

I had a great stay while in town for my dog's surgery at Ohio State. It was very close to the Vet Hospital that I had to make several trips to. Not a ton of grassy areas super close to walk the dog for bathroom breaks but good enough. The house was clean and had everything I needed in my home away from home. Tom was very responsive to requests - even though I had to reach out super late on the night of my arrival. Thanks, Tom.

The home itself was good and comfortable. The walls are a little thin which can be a problem at night, especially since you’re right by a busy road, but overall, it was a very nice stay. Would recommend to others

Perfect location for walking to High Street and Short North. We also walked to Fox on the Snow Cafe, which has great pastries. The apartment has a musty smell, but we opened the windows, and it smelled much better. Maybe being closed up for too long causes this. The bedroom is right next to the main street, and it can be loud. I always bring fans, so I wasn't bothered much.

The location was great and the apartment was great for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs a toilet paper holder and towel rack. There was no where to hang a towel after it was used and we just had to keep the toilet paper on the floor. Upon arrival we were left with 1 towel for 2 people to use for 4 days. They bring us 1 more although a few more would have been great. The instructions for the door code were confusing. VRBO support did help with that.

Ideal Place During Festival Visit

This location was excellent for our stay during Sonic Temple. It was close to the venue so we could walk, it was updated/well maintained and the hosts were great communicators and made the process very easy. Would be my first choice upon returning again. Thanks!

The location was exactly what I needed and was walkable. The space had a lot of updates that were nice. The kitchen sink was clogged, I notified the host and they asked to enter to unit to fix it but no one ever did come to fix it. The unit also had an odd smell that required a plug in to assist with covering. The bathroom felt unfinished with no towel bars or toilet paper holder. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy very late. And parking was unpredictable but adequate if I chose to walk vs using my car. Overall, the space was what I needed for my work trip.

The Space was as described. However the being in the heart of Short North comes with some challenges.. The bedroom faces the outside street which is very busy at all times of the day and night. It was very loud with cars, people etc.. Over all the place was clean but, it is probably time to invest in a new couch for the Living room space. It is an off white and well used...... Finally the parking situation can be an annoyance. You are faced with fighting over 4 spots with other people for free. Otherwise you are faced with a charge every 3 hours by parking on the street or attempting to park in paid lots in around the area. Which can be annoying going to and from you vehicles. Best bet is to get a spot in the lot, and just walk every where.

Great!

Great for a short weekend! Everything was great, however they didn’t have a top sheet in the bed, just bottom sheet and comforter. I would recommend having the top sheet and guests can choose how they sleep.

Volleyball tournament

Was a perfect location with free parking included for our weekend at Columbus convention center. We were able to walk when it wasn't raining, which was perfect. The shower water pressure and temperature was much to be desired. No coffee wasn't provided for the Keurig, which was also surprising. The bed was super comfortable. The noise was a little loud but expectes loud, but expected due to its location.

Weekend

This is our 3rd stay at this property. Overall it’s a good place to stay except for a few small things. They only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth for 2 adults for 2 nights. I asked for more and they were never delivered. This has happened at every stay. The parking can be difficult too.

FANTASTIC proximity to Short North and OSU

The location was perfect for a visit with our student at OSU. It was well appointed with everything you need for a couple of days and was super clean. There was limited parking in back, but we arrived early enough to secure a spot. It was easy to get Lyft or Uber to go anywhere. Lots of great restaurants right there too. The only drawback for me was that it's on Fifth Ave which is a very loud street and the bedroom faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. We'll probably stay here again in the future.

Needs Details

The place was OK, but I found it a little unusual that so many details were overlooked, like a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, or any type of hook or bar to hang a towel (of which there were only two), kitchen towels, dish rack, an extra blanket, etc. The white tie floors were beautiful, but a rug at the entryway would have been nice so that it did not get muddy immediately. Was great to see the previous guest's hair on them, so there's that. If you stay here, be sure you are able to park within inches of another car, or simply not be able to park there at all. The pretty white couch in the pictures is a little sketchy up close. Ohio State called, they want it back.

Columbus Visit

We stayed for 4 nights and only had 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. I requested additional towels and was told they would be delivered in the morning. We did not get them until our last night and there were only 2 towels, no wash clothes. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I still feel like I have shampoo in my hair. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper. I requested additional toilet paper and never received it. We have stayed here before and we love the location and the place overall. But it’s tiring having to ask for towels and toilet paper!
