「Communication excellent and helpful with owner.」

「Directions were, no trouble finding it, It was the perfect place for us to stay,, close to where family was staying. We enjoyed the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and private. Thank you for an experience.」

「The house was very nice and well maintained.」

「Everything was wonderful. Conveniently located to event. No problems.」

「Great place. Great location. Won't be disappointed!」

「You can hear every single sound from neighbors, especially the ones on the top floor. If they decide to start walking late at night forget about sleeping. The neighborhood is not very nice either. I wouldn’t recommend. Wifi didn’t work for a full day (although not the property’s fault necessarily), and they ask you to take the trash out or you have to pay $50.」

「Overall, we had a wonderful time. There were a few miscommunication mishaps that affected our stay, but the host resolved them and took accountability, which we appreciated. The space is a good size for a family and the beds are extremely comfortable. Note that this unit does not have a dishwasher as listed.」

「Fantastic apartment located just over a mile from downtown Detroit. Apartment is clean and spacious and the location is convenient to downtown amenities.」

「Everything was clean. The sheets, bedding, and towels were really soft. The building was awesome. So many amenities including the library and game rooms. Views were great from this location in the building. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Misleading comments about the property and clearly misleading pictures of the rooms」

「Very relaxing and quiet. Well equipped for cooking and extended stays. Great communication from the host.」
