「Their office closes at 7pm, when I arrived at 7:30pm, the door was locked and I was unable to check in. This fact was buried in the fine print. I called the emergency number posted on the door, and no one answered. I had to find a pay for another hotel. Worst, most stressful experience I have ever had with a hotel. I should get my money back.」
