"Mixed feelings about this stay. Staff were fine, and breakfast was decent. However, as a handicapped person, I found the room not very functional. It was small, and had no shower chair in the bathroom, although otherwise the bathroom was accessible. My biggest problem was the bed. Why are hotels doing beds so high that you need a ladder to get into them!? This one broke the record, it was up to my waist! I ended up scrunching onto this weird lounger piece of furniture, to sleep. I just can’t see any reason for beds to be on these high platforms, and as a handicapped person I sure couldn’t access this one!"

"The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The room definitely could have been cleaner. The couch was dirty, the floor looked clean (well swept) but was actually filthy, as the floors that turn my new pink wool socks black on the bottoms. Stains on the towels and bathroom shower curtain but you get what you pay for. This was by far the cheapest hotel downtown during our stay so I suppose I would stay there again. As a bonus the unhoused people outside the hotel were kind and respectful which helped me to feel grateful that I had a room to stay in despite the flaws."
