We had a drink at the bar before walking to Little Caesars, our bartender was attentive and nice - the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our room was lovely! Well worth the stay and made the concert even more memorable.

I have been to many 4 & 5 star hotels and I have never seen a room so clean!! Amazing staff! Knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, that includes the servers in the bar restaurant area.
