"This condo is in an amazing location - easy access to all sights in Detroit. Wonderful neighborhood, lots of great restaurants and cafes. Walkable to the stadium and easy parking nearby. The apartment is a little on the tired side. Needs some TLC - carpets, furniture. There were only 3 coffee cups for 4 of us etc. The view from the condo was great but the windows on the inside were filthy. If these things are taken care of - definitely a 5 star and reasonably priced!"
