"エアコンが作動せず暑かった。修理を３回頼んだがその場では動くがすぐに動かなくなった。部屋の移動を頼んだができないと言われ、扇風機で１晩過ごした。ベースボールを観戦しに行く予定だったがスタジアムについたら４回まで進んでいた。翌日は部屋を変更してもらった。そのため快適に過ごせた。スタジアムからは非常に近くすぐにホテルに戻れる点がよかった。また歩いて１０ぐらいのところにCVSがあった。ホテル周辺は何もなかった。エアコンの故障以外は何も問題はない。"

"チェックインの対応の早さ、部屋の清潔さ、コメリカパークへの近さ等、十分に満足のいくものでした。近隣の道路が工事中で閉鎖されていた為、到着に時間を要して迷いましたが、快適なホテルで安心しました。"
