"Everything was absolutely amazing! Stayed overnight on Opening Day, didn’t want to drive back to the burbs. The staff was incredible and accommodating in every way! I stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was very spacious for me and my partner. We had friends visit and they were completely blown away by the size and just the overall layout. Not to mention top of the line toiletries. Even the valet dudes were nice! 10s all around!!"

"The hotel is basically brand new. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. The hotel lobby has a nice open atrium area that is suitable for lounging. Stag was wonderful. The neighborhood is pretty good by Detroit standards. Close to Little Caesar’s arena. "

"Exceeded expectations. Great hotel that is perfectly located in downtown Detroit. Walking distance to Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, and Ford Field. Also Detroit Opera House, Fillmore, and Fox. Room was awesome. Breakfast in Rise is very good. The Lone Goat pub is attached and awesome. Lots of shops, cocktail bars, etc in the immediate area. Definitely will go back."

"Hotel is beautiful, unique and clean. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance. We attended a Lions game and the stadium was a 20 minutes walk. "

"The staff was amazing. The rooms were very nice. The view we had of downtown Detroit on Michigan and Washington was awesome. The only thing I did not like was the early check in fee of $50.00. I never had a hotel charge me for that. They should rethink that. Other than that. This location was close to restaurants, bars, and Huntington Arena. Great work."

"Trumbull and Porter is a great boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The lobby, bar and outdoor spaces are all thought fully designed and fun spots to hang out. The room itself was relatively basic but clean and quiet. Secured parking. Only a short walk to the riverfront and Ralph C. Wilson Park. Got drinks at Batch Brewing right across the street and breakfast at Folk just a block away, both fantastic spots I highly recommend to anyone staying at Trumbull and Porter."

"I made the reservation for this Baymont by Wyndham completely by mistake, as I thought I had made my reservation at the Madison Heights location near my clients studio. It was one of the best mistakes i have made since I married my now ex- wife! Iola, Shante, Rose and Dorothy took care of me like i was family and gave me phenomenal recommendations throughout Detroit. Do not overlook this gem of a location🙏"
