"We requested room service for three consecutive nights. We were away from the hotel for at least 10–16 hours each day, leaving early every morning. I returned each night and complained to the front desk because we had to request additional towels daily. Each time, I was told, “No problem, I’ll make sure it’s done tomorrow.” Unfortunately, we never received room service during the entirety of our trip."

"No parking on site. They wanted to charge me $50 to check in 20 mins early and the room was ready. Door lock system was terrible, didn’t work when I got back to my room around 11pm, same as the other group of guests in the lobby dealing with the same issue. Overall not a great experience, but the price was right for that date cause everything else was booked."

"This was a great hotel near the airport. Everything was satisfactory with the room and amenities. However, the bar and grill area was extremely limited despite the extensive food menu. There was not a beverage menu which was probably ok considering there was not much to offer. It appears they may have been in transition and the bar and grill was not owned and/or managed by the hotel. I only share this because if you are depending on food after a long day of travel and are only staying overnight, you may want to ensure you have access to food."

"I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!"
