The hotel manager isn’t sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they don’t have an update about the outage. Never got my refund after messaging staff. Many residents left due to the power outage."

We were planning to sleep in the next morning, that is why we had asked for late check out.so no hot water, the lights were going out and then the next morning they called up and told us we had to leave at 12 even though I had confirmed 1:00 late checkout.
