"Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Desserts and pastries from hotel restaurant were amazing. Pool was not swimmable. Water was dingy and looks like it has the same water since hotel was built. Pool water 0/10 gross. "

"The pool water was dirty, the entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew, air conditioner, do not work good,the carpet in the hallways are filthy. The walls are dirty the “ breakfast” was cereal and bagels. "

"Door was beat up for closing, I was denied breakfast even though it was paid for as part of affirm pkg, there were grooves in tub with grit and even though I tried to clean it before using it didn’t work. Channels were limited with no WiFi even though room was supposed to come with WiFi. "
