「Restaurants, room service and delicatessen were closed to prevent corona infections. We were not informed about the closure until check-in. We were unable to go out because of 14 days of self-isolation, and we were forced to live a very inconvenient life. Homepage should be posted on homepage about restaurant closure. Also, cleaning was on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but sometimes the bathroom and room were not cleaned at all. We are not happy about cleanliness.」
「The Roost is beautiful! Right when you walk in, you’ll be in awe. The location is great, everything in walking distance. We parked in a parking lot just beside the hotel for $80 and that was overnight parking for 2 nights.
The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was nice, clean and bright. Only complaint was that due to Saturday night being in full swing, it was very noisy and we heard it all from our room. There was a white noise machine in our room so they definitely are aware...
「My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗」
「Had amazing stay. Room were bigger than we expected and sound system was fantastic. Jazz cool music welcomed us when we checked in the room. Amenity is my favorite brand "fresh" which is super rare. We also had nice park view from Barclay.」
「We drove 3 hours to get here & needed to use the restroom. When my wife went in the one on the main floor it was flooded. It looks like the men's was flooded too as the floor was all sticky & wet in spots when I went in. The room didn't have a coffee pot so my wife was not a happy camper. We didn't like that the bathroom light automatically came on when you went in during the night when there was a nightlight. 」
