The lady that checked us in, was phenomenal. It was quick, efficient and professional. I needed milk for my coffee, no hesitation she went and got me a cup from the breakfast fridge. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a nice 3 star hotel. Foyer looks nice. Decent breakfast could have more options but was ok. Rooms are large. Things to be improved on. Floors in the elevator and breakfast area always sticky. Close to great lakes mall and dining options. Breakfast is MEH! Nothing special, basic sausage and eggs, waffle maker toast and cereal! Friendly staff, rooms were clean, cool AC and hot heat (AC in the day and heat at night). TVs needs updated to smart TVs and carpets in hall ways appears worn out! With all that said, I'll stay here again!
