「Restaurants, room service and delicatessen were closed to prevent corona infections. We were not informed about the closure until check-in. We were unable to go out because of 14 days of self-isolation, and we were forced to live a very inconvenient life. Homepage should be posted on homepage about restaurant closure. Also, cleaning was on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but sometimes the bathroom and room were not cleaned at all. We are not happy about cleanliness.」
「Had amazing stay. Room were bigger than we expected and sound system was fantastic. Jazz cool music welcomed us when we checked in the room. Amenity is my favorite brand "fresh" which is super rare. We also had nice park view from Barclay.」
「This met my expectations for my mom who needed a quick getaway. She told me she enjoyed and sent pictures of how she liked the room. So if my mom was happy that makes me happy and willing to book there again.」
「Our room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.」
