"Beautiful property, kind staff. Loved having room service and breakfast on property. Not a 5 star due to a long wait at check in. We arrived at 4pm, they appeared to have a difficult reservation in front of us but since there was only one staff member for 15 mins we waited. Finally a second staff member got us checked in. We reserved a room with a terrace, it was beautiful but if you want any sleep at all, you can't have a windy night. We were shoving pieces of cardboard into the exterior door to help seal the door better so it wasn't howling inside. "

"The staff were greet and welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless. The hotel lobby was very clean and it was one of the best smelling hotels I’ve ever been at. I would recommend to friends."

"Prior to booking this hotel we saw a few reviews which made us wonder if we were booking the right hotel. Well I can tell you, we made the right choice. The bed was comfortable, no issues with the staff & they were all very friendly, breakfast was good and no issues with the parking. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation. "

"Overall for the price, definitely worth it and I'd stay again. But we did have a few small issues. We stayed 2 nights and night one, we noticed the TV connection was terrible. We called the front desk and the Manager said it started that 2 days prior and he'd try resetting the Direct TV receiver. This didn't fix it but we were exhausted and just went to bed. Over the course of the stay, the connection never changed. When I booked the room, I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sleeper couch and a roll away bed. Our room only has 2 queen beds. Again, fairly minor and overall I was pleased. "

"The water in both the showers and the spa area(hot tub) don't get hot. The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon. There was no remote to the tv and so it wouldn't turn on. The heater in the room did not really heat the room, even at the highest settings. While in the (not hot)hot tub, me and my partner were bothered by the worker whom worked the cashier and greeted people. She walked around like a patrol officer and had the audacity to call my partner to the door to "mind the children" as if we were being inappropriate, on our vacation, which we paid for, by being close to each other's face. I felt so disrespected and annoyed. The only genuinely positive thing was the coffee bar in the morning after checkout. "

"I arrived on an evening with storms and heavy fog. The front desk clerk was mildly friendly and provided almost no detail upon check in. Like that the cable had been knocked out and my TV didn't work. She advised I just unplug to reset. That didn't work. I could never connect to secure wifi service and the staff was not helpful with this. My shower door would not stay closed. Even with a washcloth jammed in there- I gave up. The room guide was missing. As a property, I was so disappointed to find no restaurants nearby. I won't be staying at this property again."
