the 2 that checked us in were very nice and the girl was in training and doing very good. when we got to our room there was a hole in the wall, the tub was pictured to be in the room but was in the bathroom, there was mold and a mcdonald’s drink in our fridge, scratches on things, top of the bed was scratched up, bathroom was fine but had broke tiles, the metal lock on the door was broke. we did take pictures as soon as we went in to cover ourselves just in case with dates and times.

Overall the room was decent except the window was broke prior to entering the room, it looks like something happened to the screen as well. The air unit would work whrn it wanted to. We also discovered stains on the current like coffee or something happened prior to us checking in. Staff was friendly.

The staff was nice, but the place is run-down. Paint peeling in the rooms. Beds seemed clean though. AC worked. Hot water worked. The expedia pictures made it seem nicer than it was.

Needs a lot of TLC

You get what you pay for. This is dated hotel that needs a lot of TLC. Floors are dirty and worn throughout the hotel, elevator needs TLC (works, but beat up inside), room bath shower head needs replaced (worked, but is nasty looking), and so forth... on the plus side, the bed mattress was comfortable (need bigger pillows) and AC worked.

Check in was good. Front desk was polite and helpful. But when we went to check in our room at 7pm our was being cleaned. I found this weird because we had a 3pm check in time. Again the girl at the front desk was helpful and assigned us a new room. This hotel is dirty and is in need of a deep clean.

we did enjoy our stay however there was plenty of cops entering during our stay, and we were woken up at 4am by the cops knocking on our neighbors door, I hope the person was safe of course but other than that it was a comfortable and affordable stay!

Great value for the price. While the property could use a makeover. The room was clean, including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, sheets were nice and bathroom towels were fine. I recommend it for an inexpensive place to sleep.

It is in a good location for what I needed. The hallway smelled like a Chinese kitchen. In my room the TV did not work, the entrance light didn’t work and the microwave must’ve been an eight hundred watt, as only half of the popcorn popped.

Several things. There were only five channels available on the television. The wifi was very poor. I had almost to no service unless I walked outside of the building. I love how the bathroom looked and planned to enjoy a nice bath, but the water never got hot. It was at best a little warm. There were only two light fixtures in the main stay area and one of the lights was out. The linens were thin. One sheet and one very thin cover. Sorry but I did not enjoy my stay.

The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup and then there was a lamp just chilling in the closet it looks like the rooms hadn't even been put back to how they were supposed to to be. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work properly. Some of the staff was friendly one of them was not.
